Oil and natural gas Trading and tourist service enterprise’s predecessor is house business and resort service enterprise, founded by decision No 04/CT-TCLĐ dated January 25th, 1992 under Director of Construction Oil & Natural Gas Company.

It was re-founded and changed to the name “Oil and natural gas Trading and tourist service enterprise” by decision No 27/QĐ-CT dated January 08th, 2007 under  Board of Directors of IDICO investment construction oil and natural gas joint stock company.
Certificate of Business Registration No.4913000288 issued on March 02rd, 2007 by the Planning & Investment Department of Baria - Vungtau Province.
